Here’s how to submit your T-Mobile Fiber Contract Freedom claim

Please send an email to [email protected] to submit your T-Mobile Fiber Contract Freedom claim.

Email must include the first name, last name, phone number, email address, and street address associated with your T-Mobile Fiber service account. Please also attach an image of your final bill from your previous internet service, including:

1. Name of previous internet service provider (ISP).

2. Previous account and address of service, including account number. Either the name on the bill or the address must match your T-Mobile Fiber billing information.

3. Date of final bill.

4. Account cancelation date.

5. Amount of early termination fee (ETF) owed.

6. Total balance owed.
